2. A Price Range Up Front
We quote a price range on the phone and confirm the final price on site before any work starts.
3. Proof of Authorization
For lockouts and new keys, we ask for ID and proof of address or vehicle ownership before opening a lock or making a key.
4. Repair Before Replace
We only recommend a new lock when the existing one cannot be safely repaired or rekeyed.
